Buying the perfect gift for any occasion isn't a simple matter. It takes thought and time to pick a gift that will really wow the recipient. All to often we make split gift giving decisions that are neither well thought out or well received. These gifts are probably the worst ones out there. Instead of an actual gift you end up with some stuffed animal or constellation map informing the recipient that they now own something they basically can't own in the first place. Save face and your money and go for a real gift.

  Whether it's a mug with “#1” on it or a paperweight, millions are guilty of giving these useless and tacky gifts every year. It's as if the the gift giver threw all caution to the wind and went blindly into the dollar store choosing gifts at random. Unless there is a exact science to or reason for you're ticket gift leave them for the boardwalk and your local arcade.



• The Toiletry Set Gift
  
  Ranking up there with the worst gift ideas ever is the every popular toiletry set. This gift says I think you should shave, shower, and clean up you're act. In every home there is a remnant of this gift set lurking in the back of the medicine cabinet or in the closet collecting dust. Skip the lavender, cucumber, melon, berry lotions and body washes and look for something a little more useful and less wasteful.
