- Ask a friend or a family member for a nice big hug – Must be the best
- Look at the sky if its during day and look at the stars if during night – Gazing helps

- Have a nice hot water bath for long - Every cell gets relaxed
- Close your eyes and visualize how you would like your life to be – Close and see what kind of a relaxed life you want
- Take your family or friends out for dinner
- Look at all the old photographs and feel good about them.
- Write down at least 10 achievements of yours in a big chart sheet and hang in place where you can see them every day
- Enjoy an Orange and eat it
- Take out all your old souvenirs and read them
- Write down thoughts and inspirations.
- Drink a lemonade. Enjoy every sip
- Clench your fists and say “Relax”
- Shop for a nice and new trendy dress
- Cut fresh water rich fruits and eat them
