  1. SMILE – As much as you can
  2. Breathe – Take deep breathe and breathe out at constant intervals

  4. Call Your Spouse – and talk to them for sometime on anything you want. If you don’t have one call your parents and talk to them
  5. Drink water – As much as 7 to 8 liters
  6. Connect to a friend – Call them and find about their where about’s
  7. Play a game of your choice (better to play with someone else and not a computer)
  8. LAUGH out LOUD – Laugh and laugh and laugh
  9. Take a Walk – Have a Brisk Walk
  10. Go out and smell the fresh air, taste nice water  - enjoy everything around you. The Zen way!
  11. Listen to loud or soothing music – Either of them is good
  12. Get yourself a manicure/pedicure – Absolutely relaxing
  13. Watch a movie – A good one…
  14. Make a kite or teach some one to fly a kite – This is awesome
  15. Ask a friend or a family member for a nice big hug – Must be the best
  16. Look at the sky if its during day and look at the stars if during night – Gazing helps
  17. Dance for yourself - Even if you don’t know does not matter as no one is watching you
  18. Talk to pets if you have them or talk to plants – Don’t worry about what others think
  19. Read a nice good joke and call your friend and tell them same joke
  20. Cook a meal – For you or for your family and friends too
  21. Go to the park and play with kids (see-saw, maze) – Exciting stuff
  22. Have a nice hot water bath for long  - Every cell gets relaxed
  23. Close your eyes and visualize how you would like your life to  be – Close and see what kind of a relaxed life you want
  24. Take your family or friends out for dinner
  25. Look at all the old photographs and feel good about them.
  26. Write down at least 10 achievements of yours in a big chart sheet and hang in place where you can see them every day
  27. Enjoy an Orange and eat it
  28. Take out all your old souvenirs and read them
  29. Write down thoughts and inspirations.
  30. Drink a lemonade. Enjoy every sip
  31. Clench your fists and say “Relax”
  32. Shop for a nice and new trendy dress
  33. Cut fresh water rich fruits and eat them
  34. Visit a Holy Place
  35. Read a comic strip
  36. Send emails to all your old friends, your school mates
  37. Get a nice massage done for you
  38. Go on a long drive with your favourite music on
  39. Hit a restaurant of your choice (say “no” to alcohol)
  40. Go visiting a friend / relative
  41. Pick a book and read it
  42. Hit the beach for a nice warm time
  43. Clean your desk or your room
  44. Plan for tomorrow
